Greetings friends,
A number of the staff of Fort City Church (our sister church in Fort McMurray) have established a temporary office at Beulah Alliance Church. After prayerful consideration, Fort City Church and Beulah are partnering to host a Sunday afternoon church service for the people of Fort City Church and the wider Fort Mac community.
This is a service "by Ft. McMurray, for Ft. McMurray". The church service will be at 3 p.m. In the Beulah auditorium. Through the use of social media, our networks and the media - they hope to invite every person from Fort McMurray who is currently staying in Edmonton or surrounding areas. They will have worship, and prayer and a message by Fort City Pastor Doug Doyle, and then host a connecting time following the service (around 4 p.m.) in Beulah's Higher Ground coffee shop for Fort McMurray folks to gather for encouragement, story-telling and ministry.
We have heard from many that they are looking for ways to serve. If you are interested in serving the people of Ft. Mac on Sunday afternoon here is how you can do that:
ROLES NEEDED:
If you are interested in serving in any of these ways, or can think of another way that you could serve that we haven't mentioned - please contact Stacy Alexander at Beulah: [email protected]
